Curious to Live Alcohol-Free for now?
One change can shift your view on everything
Discover what's possible for you Living Alcohol-Free
New to this journey? Just curious? Or ready for sustained change?
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
We’ll explore together, and you’ll have my support every step of the way.
Maybe you’ve chosen to live alcohol-free, but you’re having trouble maintaining that choice. It feels more like surviving than thriving.
Or you’ve tried “moderation,” and that just doesn’t work.

Releasing alcohol’s grip is hard. I get it.
Wherever you are, I meet you there.

I was a life coach first.
Then came a nudge from my sister in heaven, and the journey began to figure out alcohol once and for all. “Moderation” created a mental load like no other, aka "hangxiety" and LAF is simply so much better.
With LAF, we focus on the LIVING first.
It’s the best time in history to LAF, whether that’s a supported break for now or a longer-term plan.
You are 100% worth it. Alcohol is not. 💛
One on One Program
In our private one-on-one sessions, I'll meet you where you are. No assumptions here! Your story is unique to you! We'll work through your relationship with alcohol in phases, and change will come with science-based tools and compassion-led coaching, all based on PMA (Positive Mental Attitude).
"Personalized support with Coach Courtney helped me make the shift I’d been thinking about for so long."

LAF Coaching with Coach Courtney
Living alcohol-free isn’t about willpower, labels, or deciding anything forever.
It’s about taking a supportive break, gaining clarity, and learning how to live well without alcohol in the picture.

If you’re curious, reassessing your relationship with alcohol, or noticing that bringing it back in doesn’t feel as good as you expected, this is a space to slow down, talk it through, and focus on the living first.

Some people come in wanting support through a break. Others want help making sense of what alcohol has been providing and what they want instead. We take this one step at a time, at a pace that feels supportive, thoughtful, and sustainable.

Wherever you are, I meet you there.

Here’s what’s included in your LAF coaching plan:

How We Get Started
Getting started is simple and supportive, so you can focus on what matters most.

First, you’ll fill out a short interest form.
This helps me get to know you a bit and understand what you’re looking for. Once it’s submitted, I’ll reach out by email to schedule a Zoom intro call.

Next, we’ll connect on Zoom.
This is a relaxed, private conversation where we’ll talk through what’s going on for you, answer your questions, and explore the best way to support you, whether that’s private coaching or one of my guided DIY programs. If it feels like a fit, we’ll decide together on next steps.

Before we begin, we’ll get you set up.
You’ll receive access to your client portal, review the welcome details, and complete payment so everything feels clear and settled before your first session.
Then, we begin our work together.
Each session builds on the last, with a focus on clarity, forward movement, and realistic action. You’ll also have support between sessions to stay grounded and connected, in a way that fits your life.

Coaching should feel supportive, not overwhelming.
My goal is for you to leave each session feeling clearer, a little lighter, and more confident about your next step.
