My Training and Credentials
2015: At 40 I participated in my first Whole Life Challenge, then went on to serve as Team Captain in future rounds. That experience sparked my interest in coaching and planted the first seeds of curiosity about my own relationship with alcohol.
Sept 2019 - May 2020: Completed my first coach certification in Health & Wellness through CCE accreditation. During the program I discovered Life Coaching and knew immediately it was the path I wanted to pursue
January 2021 - August 2021: Successfully completed the Coach Training World certification program.
August 2021 - February 2025: Held my ACC Associate Coaching Credential through the ICF, International Coaching Federation.
July 2022: Began my journey with LAF, Living Alcohol-Free. The best decision I never planned. 💛
January 2023: The seeds continued to grow. I made the decision to pivot my life coaching practice to support others in exploring and embracing an alcohol-free life.
March 2023 - Present: Trained with Andy Ramage to specialize in alcohol-free coaching. Life Member of the Dryy App.
June 2023 - December 2024: This Naked Mind Institute certification, where I gained science-based knowledge and new tools to compassionately guide individuals towards an alcohol-free life.
Spring 2024 - July 2025: Certified by Jolene Park and served as a Master Coach for Gray Area Drinkers until the program closed. I gained powerful tools to support clients through the physiological side of habit change, whether they're feeling stuck, worried about where drinking is heading, or ready for a new chapter. I continue to use these strategies in my own life and my coaching.
February - April 2026: Certified Grief Educator through David Kessler, the world's leading grief expert and founder of Grief.com. This certification deepens my ability to support others as a coach, helping them honor their loved ones while creating a meaningful life going forward. Turning my pain into purpose.
