One on One Program

In our private one-on-one sessions, I'll meet you where you are. No assumptions here! Your story is unique to you! We'll work through your relationship with alcohol in phases, and change will come with science-based tools and compassion-led coaching, all based on PMA (Positive Mental Attitude).

The Many Shapes of Grief

Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and it certainly doesn't follow a set of rules. It comes in all sizes and shapes. Sometimes it's the heavy missing after a death. Other times it's the quiet ache that follows a major life change, a career shift, or the end of a relationship.


It shows up in waves. Some days the water is calm, and other days the tide feels overwhelming. I am here to help you navigate those waves so you can feel better, see the light, and move through at your own pace.
 

Finding Your RAY Together, we focus on honoring what was lost while gently tending to the person you are becoming. This is where your PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) evolves.

 

It becomes the bravery to hold your history in one hand and your future in the other.

Is grief coaching only for people who have lost someone?
No. Grief comes in many shapes. Whether you're navigating the loss of a person, a relationship, a career, or a version of yourself, RAY meets you where you are.

Do I need to be ready to "move on"?
No. Moving on isn't the goal. Honoring what was lost while gently stepping toward what's next is. You get to move at your own pace, always.

What if I've been grieving for a long time?
Grief doesn't have an expiration date. Whether your loss is recent or has been with you for years, there is space for you here.
