These small group coaching programs are designed to support real life, creating space for progress, perspective, and moments of joy along the way.

Spring Reset (a life coaching program) and Sober October ~ LAF Style (an alcohol-free coaching program) are offered seasonally.

An alcohol-free coaching program for anyone curious about what’s possible when you take a supported break from alcohol.

A 5-Week Small Group Life Coaching Program

Spring Reset is a 5-week small-group life-coaching program designed to help you get back on your list, simplify what matters, and create habits that actually fit your real life.
Think support, structure, and space to reset, without pressure or perfection.

 

How It Works
Spring Reset follows a steady weekly rhythm designed to support real life.
Each week, you’ll:

  • Choose one realistic focus

  • Receive coaching and guidance from Coach Courtney

  • Stay connected with the group between sessions


Adjust as needed, without guilt
You’ll have live coaching calls, optional drop-in support, and a private community space to share wins, challenges, and encouragement along the way.
Everyone follows the same rhythm, but you choose what you focus on.

 

One Spring Focus
(home reset, health habits, boundaries, or a personal project)
A few supportive habits
(movement, breathwork, reflection, routines)

🍂 Sober October ~ LAF Style
A 5-Week Alcohol-Free Small Group Coaching Program

Sober October ~ LAF Style is a 5-week alcohol-free small group coaching program for anyone curious about what’s possible when you take a supported break from alcohol.
This program offers structure and support in a kind, non-judgmental space, without labels, shame, or pressure.

 

The Weekly Rhythm
Each week follows a clear, supportive flow.
Weekly LAF Theme
Each week centers on one Living Alcohol-Free theme to guide reflection and real-life change.
Monday Coaching Call
We kick off the week with a coaching call led by Coach Courtney to introduce the theme and open up conversation around what’s coming up in real life.
Thursday Drop-In Support
An optional, relaxed space to check in, ask questions, and get support as the week unfolds.
Between Sessions
You’ll have access to a private community space to share wins, questions, and challenges, and to stay connected throughout the week.

 

Alcohol & Expectations

The intention of the program is a full break from alcohol during the five weeks.

If you have a blip, we treat it as data, not drama, and reset the next day. Curiosity always comes first.

You’ll receive program dates, session details, and early bird pricing when registration opens.
