Any day can be a Day One...for anything!

Sunday is a great day to start just start small

Whether that's...

  • Making time for YOU in your day

  • Creating a system for daily/weekly chores/activities

  • Taking a break from a habit that might not be serving you

Some questions to ask yourself...

  • Is there something that is feeling off or overwhelming?

  • What do I have on repeat? thoughts? actions? tasks?

  • Are there goals I keep setting --> start-stop cycle?

  • Has something changed in my environment? (kids are home! summer schedule!)

Then...

Once you have taken a moment to reflect on what feels off or where you might be stuck, try these next steps:

  • Acknowledge what’s working.  Even during busy or overwhelming times, there are usually things going well Gratitude goes a long way!

  • Decide what needs a shift.  Choose one area you want to change

  • What can help you move the needle today?

Small steps - help to create sustainable change

  • Make a plan Including what will help you stay accountable (this is big one!)

  • Along the way

    • Give yourself grace

    • Celebrate your wins!

Lots of examples on how to do this in this podcast episode I was on recently. And my self-care programs help with this a lot too!

Personally...

June was busy! and it took me some time to shift into summer mode!

I made a plan to share my writing more! (stay tuned I'll have an announcement by end of summer :) I created my 90 day health and wellness plan leading to my BIG 5-0 birthday! (I’m working on a way to share the steps I took so you can build your own plan too :)

For those new here...welcome!

Thanks for signing up to be on my list!

Friendly reminder: You are 100% worth it.

Whether that's taking time to rest or creating your next plan!

There's nothing wrong with being comfortable...more on that in another blog!
