This came from a dear friend, someone who’s always in my corner.
She also expressed “You tell us where to go, we’ll follow.” 💛
This catapulted my renewed energy and focus.
These past few months have been full.
I’ve been leaning into my own boundaries in a big way.
Whether you’re navigating a lot right now
or simply craving space to reconnect with some rest and peace,
here are a few reminders I’ve been living by:
What can you take out of your calendar?
Where can you add some you time in?
Delegate delegate delegate!
Boundaries aren’t selfish, they’re supportive
Saying no creates space for more aligned yes moments
You don’t need to wait for burnout to begin taking care of yourself
We covered a lot of this in this podcast episode I was on recently. 🎧 Check more great conversations here on my YouTube channel
Here’s a quick personal check-in:
I’ve been navigating a disc/nerve/spine issue (healing is happening)
I created new tools to help my business and a client portal!
I entered my “podcast era” as a friend said, love it!
Busy volunteer season and family too!
I served on a Jury!...more to come!

Here’s what I’ve been reminding myself (and sharing with friends, family, and clients):
A boundary is a way to protect your energy
Saying no is a kind of self-care
You’re allowed to pause
Take a breath, in fact do that right now
Breathe in the ____________________
Breathe out the ____________________
You don’t have to do it all
That kind of pause helps avoid the other "R and R"
regret and resentment.
That breathwork are the types of exercises and practices you’ll get sprinkled in my new self-paced self-care programs. Check them out here:

Friendly reminder: You are 100% worth it.
Please note: I answer every email and DM myself. It’s one of my boundaries that helps me stay grounded and connected to all of you.
